Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $1,448 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
