First time home buyer in Waldorf
Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Waldorf sits at 516.5 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
