Best neighborhoods to rent in Waldwick?

Rent is about $3,189/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Tampa about 5 years ago. The main reasons were work and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Four distinct seasons
- Diverse dining options
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are affordable, gas is average.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Feel free to reach out with questions..
