Is Waldwick a good place to live?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. With a population of 10,090, Waldwick is a small town. Homes are going for about $576,200 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Moved here from Raleigh about 11 years ago. it's been a really good experience overall. Still getting used to pet-friendliness but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
