Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $73,835, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,121 for rent here. With a population of 25,201, Walker is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective.
