Median household income is $73,835, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $266,400 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
