Crime rate is something to consider -Walled Lake sits at 139.2 per 100K. Rent is about $1,304/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
