Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Atlanta and Crime rate is something to consider -Walnut sits at 126.2 per 100K. Median household income is $133,762, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $972,500, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,857 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
