My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,857 people. You can expect to pay around $3,120 for rent here. The median home value here is around $972,500, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $3,120/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
