Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Nashville about 12 years ago. The main reasons were work and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Decent public transit for the size
- Lots of new development happening

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are affordable, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Hope this helps!.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Downtown area are tough. Kids love it here.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The cost of living is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
