Thinking about relocating to Walnut from Las Vegas
Rent is about $3,120/month for a decent place. With a population of 27,857, Walnut is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $972,500 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
