Best neighborhoods in Walnut Creek

I'm originally from Baltimore and It's a a smaller city city with about 69,790 people. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
