Housing market in Walnut Creek right now

Hey folks, I'm a 37-year-old physical therapist and It's a a smaller city city with about 69,790 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much pricey but now it's average.

Used to live on the Springfield side, now on the East side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
