Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $1,031,100 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 69,790 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
