Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
