Longtime lurker here, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Walnut Creek sits at 899.1 per 100K. Poverty rate is 6.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this?
