Biggest downsides of living in Walnut Hill?

OK so It's a a small town city with about 2,480 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Friendly people
- Nice parks and trails
- Low crime in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- High property taxes
- Lack of diversity
- Poor road conditions
Am I wrong here? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up.
