Walnut Park housing prices -when will it stop?

Hey, I've been here for 12 years and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 15,446, Walnut Park is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Worth the trade-offs? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The healthcare is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Bought a house here in 2018 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
