Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Rent is about $710/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Walnut Ridge sits at 219.2 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
