Moving to Waltham -what should I know?
Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Denver about 14 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and retirement.
Pros I've experienced:
- Good internet infrastructure
- Close to major attractions
- Good airport with direct flights
Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited shopping options
Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are affordable, gas is hit or miss.
Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. No regrets on my end..
