Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2016. Poverty rate is 4.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 64,723 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
