Quick question about Walthourville

Hello, Been living here since 2005. With a population of 3,770, Walthourville is a small town. Homes are going for about $127,600 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thanks! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Maple Ridge. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in consulting. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Thai.
