Is Wanamingo walkable?

OK so Been living here since 2021. Rent is about $611/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in North. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in real estate. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Indian.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
