Things Wantagh needs to improve

Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $665,700 on average. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? TIA! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Salt Lake City it's surprisingly good.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much reasonable but now it's better than expected.
