Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $2,191/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
