Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Ward sits at 1,173.5 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
