Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2018. The unemployment rate is 6.9%, which is concerning. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Does this match your experience? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
