Cost of living reality check -Warner Robins

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 10.6%, which is around average. The median home value here is around $171,600, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
