Couple moving to Warner Robins from out of state

Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Homes are going for about $171,600 on average. Median household income is $65,715, which feels about average for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Warner Robins? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much reasonable but now it's decent.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
