Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $65,715 in Warner Robins. Crime rate is something to consider -Warner Robins sits at 548.1 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cheers. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Bought a house here in 2021 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.
Background: I'm a sales manager, 48, moved here 10 years ago from Baltimore. I've lived in Oak Park and Greenfield, and traveled to most parts of the metro.
**What I love:**
1. Great outdoor activities nearby
2. Good healthcare facilities
3. Good airport with direct flights
4. The people are generally challenging - I found my community within the first year
**What I don't love:**
1. Limited high-paying job options
2. Limited entertainment options
3. The cost of living situation is pricey and doesn't seem to be improving
**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Oak Park: Great for couples. hit or miss vibes, walkable.
- Greenfield: More affordable, family-friendly.
**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.
**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Baltimore, everything felt hit or miss. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are growing. Gas is wild. You can live comfortably on $80K-$130K here.
**Final verdict:**
Feel free to reach out with questions.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.
