Random thought, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $171,600, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 81,438, Warner Robins is a smaller city. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.
I've been here 15 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is better than expected.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Sunset side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
