Hey folks, I'm originally from Cleveland and Household incomes average around $73,500 in Warren. Crime rate is something to consider -Warren sits at 76.9 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
