Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 13 months ago and Homes are going for about $181,900 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much wild but now it's pretty good.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
