Cheapest neighborhoods in Warren?

I'm originally from Minneapolis and Rent is about $1,184/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,184 for rent here. Median household income is $63,741, which feels about average for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I'm a physical therapist and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is underrated and there's always something going on.

I've lived in Riverside for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Decent public transit for the size
- The traffic scene is tough

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
