Hey everyone, It's a a mid-size city city with about 138K people. Household incomes average around $63,741 in Warren. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Meadowbrook. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.
