OK so I work in consulting and With a population of 39,057, Warren is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $80,100 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thanks!

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
