First post here. Median household income is $36,955, which feels on the lower side for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Warren sits at 557.7 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
