Is Warren a good place to live?

So, Rent is about $759/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $759 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Used to live on the Midtown side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Four distinct seasons
- Close to major attractions
- The school system scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Happy to answer more specific questions..

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..
