OK so I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 39,057 people. Poverty rate is 27.1%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
