Warren is underrated, change my mind

Anyone else feel this way? Crime rate is something to consider -Warren sits at 557.7 per 100K. Rent is about $759/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Bought a house here in 2023 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
