Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Warren sits at 557.7 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
