Warren is underrated, change my mind

Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 9,273 people. Homes are going for about $101,600 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience?

I'm a data analyst and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.

Hot take but I'm still on the fence after all this time. I know a lot of people disagree but after 8 years here, that's my honest assessment.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good airport with direct flights
- Strong sense of community
- The nightlife scene is solid

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for retirees. Happy to answer more specific questions..

I'm a chef and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value community vibe, you'll love it. The cost of living is genuinely decent and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. My neighborhood (Springfield) is manageable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Pittsburgh, be prepared for the culture shock. pet-friendliness is completely different here. And Property taxes are high.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
