Housing market in Warrensville Heights right now

Hey, I'm originally from Miami and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 20.1%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $952 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I'm a sales manager and I've found I love the pace of life here. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
