Warrensville Heights is underrated, change my mind

Poverty rate is 20.1%, which is higher than I expected. Would love some local perspective. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great craft beer places. it exceeded my expectations.
