Hey everyone, We're a young couple and With a population of 15,935, Warrington is a small town. Household incomes average around $58,309 in Warrington. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,027/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
