Hey, Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $405,700, which is pretty steep. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Would love some local perspective. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
