Hello, I'm a 42-year-old data analyst and It's a a smaller city city with about 82,871 people. The median home value here is around $322,000, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've lived in Westside for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good internet infrastructure
- Close to major attractions
- The traffic scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Limited entertainment options
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. No regrets on my end..
