Housing market in Warwick — is it worth buying?
Median home value here is around $322,000. Prices are reasonable compared to major metros. For those renting, typical rent is $1299.
Is now a good time to buy in Warwick? Or better to keep renting?
Looking for opinions from both homeowners and renters.

Respectfully disagree about the cost of living assessment. In my experience, there are good opportunities if you network.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Pine Grove. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

Don't sleep on Eastside. It's up and coming and still affordable.

Coming from Phoenix, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are about the same.

Good summary. I'd rate it higher personally — maybe 9/10.
