The median home value here is around $322,000, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Cheers. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up.
