Weekend activities in Warwick?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $87,536, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,299 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much pricey but now it's challenging.

I've lived in North for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good schools in most areas
- The community vibe scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Definitely worth checking out..

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Maple Ridge area are pretty good. Kids love it here.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a software engineer who relocated here from Salt Lake City about 8 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of new development happening
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited high-paying job options

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are growing, gas is pretty good.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Feel free to reach out with questions..
